You do some great work, and I was wondering if you would share with me some leads on an article you did in 2009. You wrote an article for Newsweek entitled “India Starts a Water Fight”, and I was wondering if you knew of any literature on the subject. I am currently a paid research intern and I am tasked with providing an overview of potential aspects for regional cooperation in South Asia. i would love to read more on water management issues.
